Spectrum has a special deal for customers who want to save hundreds of bucks a year but still subscribe to the internet service. It is offering you cable at a $14.99 a monthly price, in order to keep cable relevant when there are better options than ever.
Spectrum TV Essentials, which is a streaming service, includes popular cable networks such the Weather Channel Food Network, Nickelodeon and MTV. TV Essentials takes twelve channels from Spectrum and gives them to its Internet subscribers, rather than streaming services that only offer individual shows or movies. These are channels that the cable company provides in its standard package, although at a significantly higher price. It's so familiar that Spectrum sales representatives suggested it to customers in 2018 to get them back on cable.
